PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION:
We have done our best, and all the steps have been done to certify that picture of the products, sizes, dimensions and their colors in which products are available on our website are truthful to a maximum amount. We might have limited stocks of the products. Therefore, the probabilities of exchanging and returning the products vary with time. To bind or limit the selling of any products to any region, country or person is also our right. The right is practiced by us on a different basis. Also, Lisa Gifts does not provide any warranty for the quality of service, products, and content bought from us. We do not assure you to meet your expectation.
SUBMITTED ARTWORK FILES FOR DESIGNING:
Our designing and printing team create an electronic or hard copy data from your submitted files of artwork. You must submit the files in 300 dpi and CMYK format otherwise, we are not responsible for any blur or distorted printing and color changes. The artwork you are uploading should completely be your property. Please be noted that we will not accept any inappropriate content for printing.
BILLING INFORMATION:
The right to receive payments and accept or reject them is reserved with Elite Custom Boxes. Bases on our consent, we can limit the numbers that per individual or per product can buy and we also reserve the right to cancel the order at any time. It is also your responsibility to provide us with exact details of your name, contact, address, credit card details when you purchase any product from the site. In case of false information provided by you; we reserve the right to terminate your services. Also, provide the correct information of your credit card including an expiry date for a successful transaction.
POLICY ABOUT ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:
Lisa Gifts is not responsible for any false information provided on this website. It may contain some errors or inaccuracies. Information that may contain errors includes product details product’s description, product’s price, etc. The right to correct this data is reserved with Lisa Gifts.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY:
Our custom designing, coloring or printing may take 4-5 working days and shipment days will be 2-3 business days. Production time-span and printing time starts after the complete uploading, reviewing, and accepting your artwork files by the press or printing department. We take all the possible steps and effort completely to deliver your order well in time. In no case, we are accountable for any delay in shipment or delivery. However, during printing, delay due to any of the technical faults, charges will be refunded by us.
ILLEGAL USES:
You may not be allowed to do the subsequent things: Use the data or information for any illicit activity. Threat/blackmail others to use this information for illicit activity. Violate our intellectual stuff. Provide false information. Stab to track personal information about others. Attempt to phish or spam. Use our data or services for dishonest uses.
